A US unmanned aerial vehicle has crashed in Afghanistan’s northern province of Konduz, Press TV reports.
The aircraft crashed on Wednesday night on the outskirts of Kunduz city, the capital of Kunduz province, local officials said.
There is no report about the cause of the crash.
The wreckage of the drone had been initially collected by Taliban militants. However, US-led foreign forces later managed to retake the remains of the crashed drone in an operation against the militants.
